  • For online orders, we accept payment modes via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow.

​We work with Singpost for all our shipping parcels unless otherwise stated.

*For international orders, please take note that the online tracking capability may be limited for selected countries and tracking will only be up to destination's port. The final mile delivery will be fulfilled by the local service provider. 

 

  • Do note that we will ship out all the orders after we have processed the item(usually 1 to 3 business days).

  • Do note that 5ive Letters will not be responsible or liable for any parcel lost in transit due to incomplete or inaccurate address. 

  • Do note that 5ive Letters will not be responsible or liable for any parcel lost via domestic normal mail or international registered mail. 

  • Do note that an additional shipping fee will be applied for returning of any returned parcel. 

  • Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.

  • Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of 5ive Letters or third party shipping providers.

  • Do expect longer delivery time (add another 14 business days) during peak period (festive, major holidays or sales events).

  • For international orders, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country as custom and import fees varies. Kindly check with your customs and import authority for more details.

  • In the event you reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the customs of your country, you will be responsible for any admin charges and will not receive the full amount you paid for the order.
